How to add material to the UB Digital Repository

If you are interested in adding your work to the UB Digital Repository, you should first contact the UB Learning and Research Resources Centre (CRAI) (dipositdigital@ub.edu) to establish the most suitable procedure.
The process of submitting and publishing documents is simple and enables review procedures to be established, according to the needs of the users and the collections.

Aspects to remember:

  • The UB Digital Repository publishes documents, teaching resources and other institutional publications for public use.
  • Documents are published in collections, which are organised into five main communities: teaching, institutional, media library, research and students.
  • If it is the first time that you have added your work to an existing collection, go to "My submission" then "New users" to create a user code and password. Then, send a message to dipositdigital@ub.edu stating which collection you wish to publish in.
  • If you are a lecturer and enter the web page with your UB user ID and password, you are automatically authorised to submit work to the OMADO collection.
  • If you already have a code and are authorized to publish in a specific collection, go to "My submission", type in your e-mail address and click on "Start a new submission" to the required collection.
  • If the collection has not been created, get in touch with CRAI to establish the most appropriate publishing procedure.
