Yo soy crossworker, ¿y tú?. La melodía de un crossworker

Abstract

[spa] La finalidad de este trabajo es difundir el concepto de crossworker a través de diferentes herramientas artísticas. La resiliencia, la educación social y el perfil crossworker están íntimamente ligados, considerando todo unido como el proceso que realiza una persona desde el primer encuentro con la adversidad, hasta lograr la toma conciencia de la experiencia y la utilizarla como herramienta de trabajo. Para ello es necesario identificar aquellas habilidades que definen a una persona como crossworker, considerando tres etapas: la situación adversa a la que se ha hecho frente, los pilares que ayudaron a afrontar la adversidad, y la forma de transferir el potencial que la experiencia ha aportado. Se ha utilizado una metodología interpretativa, donde cobra protagonismo el relato de vida. Finalmente la música, como herramienta artística, es el medio a través del cual esta investigación cobra sentido, poniendo voz, ritmo y melodía a páginas de teoría, reflexión e introspección.

[eng] The purpose of this project is to divulge the concept of crossworker through different artistic tools. The resilience, social education and the crossworker profile are intimately tied, considering everything united as the process that a person realizes since the first encounter with the adversity, until achieving the awareness of the experience and using it as a working tool. For that it is necessary to identify those abilities that define a person as a crossworker, considering three stages: the adverse situation which it has been faced, the pillars that helped facing the adversity, and the way to transfer the potential that experience has provided. It has been used an interpretative methodology, where the life history takes protagonism. Finally the music, as an artistic tool, is the way which through this investigation gets sense, putting voice, rhythm and melody at pages of theory, reflection and introspection
