El surf més enllà de les onades: un projecte socioeducatiu per a joves amb patologia dual

[cat] El treball que es presenta a continuació aborda la temàtica del surf tot apropant- la al món de l’educació social. En aquest sentit es proposa visibilitzat i sistematitzar les potencialitats del surf com a eina generadora de canvi i benestar en la intervenció socioeducativa de joves amb patologia dual. Per dur a terme aquesta tasca la metodologia emprada ha estat la realització d’una recerca des d’un paradigma comprensiu interpretatiu i una perspectiva qualitativa. La recollida de dades s’ha dut a terme, per una banda, a través d’entrevistes a professionals del surf i de l’educació social que treballen amb joves amb patologia dual i, per l’altra, a partir de qüestionaris als mateixos joves. L’anàlisi dels resultats obtinguts reflecteixen que el mar pot entendre’s com un medi d’intervenció socioeducatiu, degut a les seves característiques intrínseques, i que el surf pot esdevenir un instrument que vincula la persona amb ell mateix i la natura aportant benestar en aquest col·lectiu concret.

[eng] The following thesis broaches the topic surf applying it on the world of social education. The proposal is to visualize and to systemize the capacity of surf as an instrument of change and wellness in the field of social education of young people with dual pathology. The methodology applied to reach the proposal is based on a study with a comprehensible interpretative paradigm and a qualitative perspective. The study is based upon interviews with professionals of surf and professionals of social education who works with young people suffering dual pathology on the one hand and questionnaires answered directly by the young people. The analysis of the results shows that the sea could be a medium of social education because of his intrinsic character and surf could be a tool to connect a person with nature providing wellness to these concrete group of young people.
