La metamorfosis del tiempo: el espejo, la sombra

Abstract

[spa] La metamorfosis del tiempo nace como resultado de toda una serie de obras realizadas desde 2014 hasta el momento. Lo que me encaminó, en un principio, a desarrollar cada una de ellas fue mi inquietud hacia la irreversibilidad del tiempo. Consciente de la amplitud del tema del tiempo, mi intención con las obras que presento a continuación es trabajar a partir de la conclusión a la que he llegado a lo largo de mi investigación: el ser humano es el tiempo. No obstante, la cuestión que me inquieta ahora mismo es: ¿cómo se transforma el tiempo? Por lo tanto, mi investigación gravita alrededor del tema de la transformación del ser humano y ligo esta transformación con un conjunto de aspectos que me identifican. Por ello, La metamorfosis del tiempo pretende ser no solo una alegoría del tiempo sino también la manifestación del tiempo a partir del cambio.

[eng] La metamorfosis del tiempo was born as the result of an artwork series that I started in 2014 and continued until now. What has guided me, initially, to develop each of them has been my concern to the irreversibility of time. Aware of the importance of the idea of time, with the artworks I present I intend to show the conclusion I reached during my research: the human being is the time. But the question that bothers me now is: how does time change? Therefore, my research revolves around the theme of transformation, and the human being, which I consider time. I link this transformation with a set of aspects that identify me. Therefore, La metamorfosis del tiempo is intended to be an allegory not only of time but also the time’s manifestation through change.
