| Abstract: | (spa) En este trabajo se examina el papel que juega el short sea shipping en la red europea de transporte en la actualidad y cuál es su proyección en un futuro, por medio del análisis de las distintas decisiones tomadas por la Unión Europea y la actualización de las rutas actuales e implementación de nuevas. Los datos analizados sugieren que el short sea shipping está en crecimiento y puede ser el modo de transporte líder en un futuro próximo. (eng) In this thesis it is looked what role plays the short sea shipping in the actual European transport network and what is the potential behind it, through the analysis of the different decisions being made by the European Union and the update of the actual shipping routes but also the implementation of new ones. The data analysed it indicates that short sea shipping is growing and it could be the leader mean of transport in the near future. |
