Distribució espacial de càmeres de videovigilància contra incendis a la regió d’emergències metropolitana sud

[cat] A la Regió d’Emergències Metropolitana Sud dels Bombers de la Generalitat de Catalunya, els incendis comporten una gran preocupació per garantir el benestar de la població i el seu entorn. Sobretot per el augment de la interfície urbana/forestal als voltants de les grans ciutats elevant el risc d’incendi forestal. Amb l’objectiu principal de reforçar la xarxa de prevenció, detecció i seguiment dels incendis a la regió, es proposa ubicar càmeres de videovigilància repartides estratègicament pel territori. Aquest projecte és, una proposta de la òptima distribució de les càmeres de videovigilància que s’instal·larien en el territori per al seu control. El projecte es realitza amb l’ús dels sistemes d’informació geogràfica i les dades disponibles a la xarxa, com també amb les dades proporcionades pels Bombers. El principal resultat d’aquest estudi és la cartografia de la distribució dels punts d’observació on s’indicaran les ubicacions més òptimes per al control de possibles incendis a la regió.

[eng] In Regió d’Emergències Metropolitana Sud dels Bombers de la Generalitat de Catalunya, forest fires imply a big concern to guarantee the well-being of the population and the environment. Especially because of the rise of forest/urban interface in the surrounding areas of the big cities increasing the risk of forest fires. The proposal consists in placing surveillance cameras through the territory in a strategic way with the main aim of strengthening the fires prevention, detection and follow-up. This project is a proposal of the excellent distribution of the surveillance cameras which would be placed in the territory to keep it under control. The project is realized with the use of geographical information systems and news available in the network, as well as the information provided by the firemen. The most important result of this study is the cartography of the points of observation distribution where excellent locations will be indicated to supervise fires in the region.
