La detenció, internament i expulsió de persones immigrants en situació d’irregularitat administrativa a Espanya. Anàlisi de les conseqüències individuals i socials

Abstract

(cat) Aquest treball és l’anàlisi de les conseqüències personals i socials de la deportació de les persones immigrants en situació d’irregularitat administrativa a Espanya, tenint en compte les seves tres possibles fases: detenció, internament i expulsió. Es complirà amb aquest objectiu mitjançant una anàlisi qualitativa basada, d’una banda en la recerca bibliogràfica i la lectura d’informes d’organitzacions que fa anys que denuncien les identificacions per perfil ètnic i l’internament al CIE de persones immigrants i, d’altra banda, en l’anàlisi de quatre entrevistes en profunditat amb membres d’algunes d’aquestes organitzacions. Finalment, aquest treball pretén tenir una vessant d’aplicabilitat, de manera que també s’indicaran un seguit de propostes que poden reduir l’impacte negatiu de les actuals polítiques migratòries, tot posant èmfasi en la criminalització del col·lectiu immigrant i la fractura de la societat d’acollida que aquestes promouen.

(eng) This essay aims to analyse the personal and social consequences of the deportation done to the immigrants who are in an irregular administrative situation in Spain, taking into account its three phases: detention, internment and expulsion. This objective is meant to be accomplished through a qualitative analysis basis: on one hand in the bibliographical research and the reading of reports of organizations that have been denouncing the ethnical profile identification and interment in detention centres for immigrants and, on the other hand, in thee analysis of four interviews with some of the members of these organizations. Finally, this project pretends to be applicable, in such a way that a series of proposals shall be mentioned to reduce the negative impact of the actual migratory policies, placing emphasis in the criminalization of the immigrant collective and the fracture of the welcoming communities that these promotes.
