Globalus

Abstract

[en] It is well known the utopia where if everyone helps others, most of the global issues would be fixed, but in the reality of everyday life, everyone have an amount of problems and excuses to not help others. However, this work doesn’t pretend to reach this utopia or perform the NGO’s work (which is to fight for the equality, social welfare or environmental welfare) but to reduce the human excuses in the technology era and to bring the charities closer to the society. Globalus is a cross-platform application based on events and information dissemination. It is designed to introduce a new way to start to be interested in charities, and do it in a simple way and for all audiences. The following work is developed in the field of the computer science and engineering. It gathers the acquired knowledge during the university studies, shows a business oriented software design, and details the development processes that achieves the social approach in an android application.
