Abstract: [en] The wide variety of products and services available nowadays in the market obstruct its selection process. Furthermore, with the fact that today we have access to a great amount of information, the decision process can be over-whelming. Traditionally, this effect is suppressed by the existence of the shop assistant role, which can guide the customer, giving a personalized experience adapted to their needs. In the digital environment, however, the lack of this individualization has required the development of diverse systems that replicate the shop assistant role, being able to learn about the user and giving a unique experience to each of them. These systems are known as recommendation systems. This project foundation will be one of those systems, in particular, a conversational content-based recommendation system. That system will be abstracted in such a way that any device will be able tointeract with it. A new platform will be generated to be able to use that system in an iOS mobile application. That platform may be used as benchmark of different recommendation algorithms.
