[cat] El retrat com a identitat és un projecte artístic que tracta sobre l’estudi i la investigació del rostre humà a partir de la pintura. Des d’un principi, la tècnica, el material i el tipus de pinzellada han estat molt presents durant el transcurs de la meva obra com a retratista. Entendre un rostre, cada una de les seves parts que el composen i el vincle personal que he mantingut amb cada un dels individus exposats són el principal focus d’atenció del tema tractat en aquest treball. Els personatges estan col·locats de maneres diferents, és a dir, no serà una sèrie de posicions homogènies, sinó que s’analitzaran a partir de diferents postures per tal de poder entendre i explorar cada una de les zones del rostre. Aquests es troben situats en un espai neutre el qual no serà quelcom important ni rellevant, ja que la meva intenció és mostrar el màxim interès en la persona.

[eng] El retrat com a identitat is an artistic project that deals with the study and investigation of the human face from painting. From the outset, the technique, the material and the type of brush stroke have been very present during the course of my work as a portraitist. Understanding a face, each of its parts that compose it and the personal link that I have maintained with each of the individuals exposed are the main focus on the topic dealt with in this work. The characters are placed in different ways, that is, it will not be a series of homogeneous positions, they will be analysed from different positions in order to understand and explore each of the areas of the face. These are located in a neutral space which will not be important or relevant, as my intention is to show the maximum interest in the person.
