Abstract: | This applet shows the behavior of optical systems, such as lenses, projectors, telescopes, etc. It includes the calculation of their characteristics (cardinal points) and image formation, either by using paraxial optics approximation or by exact calculation. In this last case you can see and analyze the systems' optical aberrations. |
