Abstract: The Testaccio is an artificial hill formed int the Sub-Aventine plain, almost on kilometer in perimeter and almost 50 meters high, formed by the remains of millions of amphoras. About 85% came from the Baetica (Andalucia) containing olive oil in the known as Dressel 20 type.
