Abstract: This article analyzes the poetic facts that occurred at the beginning of the 80s in Barcelona, which are relevant because they were public facts, that is to say, they occur in areas of social relations. Poetry lives a new era, leaving the page and moving onto stage. Thus, space, movement, gesture and intonation extend the dimensions of the text, and poetry becomes closer to other disciplines that had already been in contact since its origins: theater and music. These are the reasons why we analyze what causes were that led to the phenomenon and what consequences had on both poetic creation and its reception and criticism.
