dc.description.abstractThis package aims to offer an R interface for the functions developed by Pierre Legendre to perform t-tests for correlation coefficients taking into account the spatial autocorrelation of the data. This package is actually a set of wrapper functions to the subroutines contained in the code developed by Pierre Legendre (plus improvements on the Fortran code to handle any number of variables, and geographical coordinates). The zipped file allows the installation as with any other R-package.ca
