dc.description.abstract[en] The highways traffic jam problem worries local, autonomical and state governments. The key to the solution is the detection and the classification of the sections of the highway network that are saturated, formed jams... The objectif of this paper is to design a circulation model to detect the saturated sections and the degree of saturation of the highways. Therefore, we can propose improvements to solve the traffic jams problem in Houston.ca
