| Abstract: | [cat] A partir del llibre de Joan Lluís Marfany, l'article proposa algunes reflexions teòriques sobre el significat de la Renaixença, el procés de construcció nacional i l'abast i l'impacte dels processos de nacionalització a Catalunya. També es recullen les diverses aportacions historiogràfiques fetes sobre la revolució liberal i els regionalismes en l'estudi del nacionalisme. [eng] Based on the book by Joan Lluís Marfany, this article proposes some theoretical reflections on the significance of the Renaixença, the process of nation-building, and the scope and impact of nationalization processes in Catalonia. It also considers the various historiographic contributions made concerning the Liberal Revolution and regionalisms in the study of nationalism. |
