Abstract: The project has been realized in collaboration with Accenture S.L.U, consists of the requirements analysis, design and implementation of a communication platform for workers of the Supply Chain & Operations Applied Intelligence department. Even starting from scratch in the implementation of this tool, it is worth mentioning the existence of a previous one, which had the same task, but for a number of reasons it did not have the expected reception and was deprecated. Solving these shortcomings is part of the requirements of this new project. The platform allows the employees of the department to share information about the projects and trainings carried out, photos about the company's social events, resources of interest for the rest of the colleagues (books, videos, papers, ...), to gather the projects of the Innovation area and manage the people who want to collaborate with them and finally, in the Human Resources section you can manage vacations, time reports and different important aspects for the HR deparment, which we will discuss later. The interface design creates a friendly environment, respecting the typefaces and colors of the department and taking into account the experience.
