dc.description.abstract[eng] Since the beginning of the Internet our world is becoming much more digitalized and interconnected. The invention of new electronic devices that emit information over the Internet (IOT) has been growing considerably, providing new sources of information when it is sent over the Internet. This paper describes a design of an architecture for ingesting information in real time from WiFi network packages to identify the presence of mobile devices that people carry. We will see how the information collected can be used both for market research purposes, by extracting Key Performance Indicators, or "KPIs" on our data and for security systems thanks to the unique and indistinct MAC address for each mobile device of the people. Therefore, the system presented allows us to detect the presence of people, so it can be very useful in the business world to carry out market studies giving meaning to the collected data. Similarly, it can be practical for a security system in controlled spaces by providing a layer of protection in enclosures. The travel limitations produced in the country due to the circumstances and the state of alarm have not allowed to follow the initial plan of setting up the system at the University of Barcelona, so there will not be a great diversity of data. However, it is intended to demonstrate that regardless of the place and circumstance this system can be used for different applications with this data.ca
