Abstract: The presence of invisible male standards in the organizations determines their culture and their functional and operational policies. Therefore, the current agendas of these organizations are determined by the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (UN, 2015). SGD number 5 refers to gender equality. Therefore, one of the main challenges facing the contemporary society is to achieve the gender equality in the organizational structures.
