Repensar la participació en clau de governança: Experiència participativa a un agrupament escolta i guia

[cat] Les entitats d’educació en el lleure són entorns privilegiats per l’Educació democràtica en valors i ciutadania. Un dels valors emergents és el de la participació i, aquesta, està cada vegada més present en espais educatius. El present treball aprofundeix en el paper de la participació dels infants i joves en un Agrupament Escolta i Guia de Barcelona. El present treball s’enfoca a la millora del context estudiat (A. E. i G. Sant Ferran) per mitjà de diferents processos de reflexivitat, tant amb infants i joves com amb caps de l’Agrupament. En primer lloc s’estableix un marc dimensional de la participació que representa a totes les persones de l’agrupament. Posteriorment s’han destinat trobades del Consell d’Infants i del Consell de Caps per a repensar la forma en la que els infants participen de l’Agrupament. Des de la metacognició, s’ha potenciat la funcionalitat del Consell d’Infants de tal manera que pren protagonisme sobre la governança de l’Agrupament. Per últim, s’ha significat la vivència que aquest procés ha suposat pels propis infants participants de l’experiència.

[eng] Education in leisure time is an excellent environment for the democratic education in values and citizenship. Nowadays, participation is one of the emerging values and it is growing in many leisure time entities. The present work explores the role of the children’s participation in a Scout group in Barcelona. The present paper focuses on improving the context studied (A. E. I G. Sant Ferran) through a reflexive process with the child, youth and adults in the Scout centre. To start, a dimensional framework is stablished. This framework pretends to represents the meaning of participation for all the people who has been asked. Later, Children’s and Adult’s Councils have been invited to take part in the project while rethinking how children participate in the Scout Centre. Through metacognition tasks, the Children’s Council functionality has taken more relevance on the Scouts centre governance. Finally, the experience of this project is reflected by the meaning that children involved has given to it.
