dc.description.abstractUnhealthy lifestyles (LSs) (such as smoking, drinking too much alcohol, taking drugs, eating a poor diet, living a sedentary life, having high-risk sex, or sleeping poorly) are all the type of health-related behaviours that we will address in this article. Key determinants of health status such as medical care, medicine, income, or educational level are at least partially characterised by being the result of personal choice, and therefore, they are modifiable.-
