Abstract: [en] This project presents a new software development methodology. This methodology, based in another existing two (Scrum and Pomodoro), tries not only to improve eficiency and performance on teams, but to also improve the individual worktime of each of the members that belongs to that teams. That is why, with this proposal, we want to achieve goals with less time than the needed with the current methodologies. To do so, we have created a tool (web app) that will be used to control how the developers are being adapted to the methodology, how they progress with their tasks while they are using it and the time they need to finish them. With this tool, we have elaborated an experiment with some members of a real development team in order to check its performance. After finishing the experiment, we have observed that this idea can result very positive in a controlled enviroment which is able to implement accuratelly its rules. But, if this environment where we try to implement the methodology, does not follow its principles, we will not get these positive results compared from using other methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
