El treball en xarxa entre escoles, entitats de lleure i famílies: posant en valor el potencial educatiu de l’educació en el lleure

[cat] El treball en xarxa cada cop està més vigent a la comunitat educativa; tot i això, encara li queda un llarg camí a recórrer. Aquest es basa en la coordinació de diferents agents educatius de la comunitat educativa, però on queda l’educació en el lleure? El lleure és un espai a la societat destinat a acompanyar infants i joves d’acord amb un projecte defensat per un equip de voluntaris/es. Tanmateix, les entitats que formen part sovint no reben el suport de la societat i no són vistes com un agent educatiu. Aquesta recerca té com a objectius destacar la necessitat del treball en xarxa entre les entitats de lleure, les escoles i les famílies per així millorar la qualitat de vida dels infants amb necessitats específiques de suport educatiu (NESE); i defensar la funció educativa que tenen les entitats de lleure. Per analitzar aquests aspectes, es farà una recerca qualitativa de la concepció que té la societat del treball en xarxa i l’educació en el lleure. La investigació comença amb la fonamentació científica dels referents teòrics cercats i, tot seguit, es fa una recollida d’informació a través d’entrevistes. Els quatre participants d’aquesta recollida d’informació formen part del món educatiu formal i no formal. Els resultats assenyalen la funció educativa de les entitats de lleure i l’impacte que tenen aquestes en els que hi formen part i en la societat. Així mateix, es mostra la necessitat de comprendre que l’educació és corresponsabilitat de tothom qui acompanya a l’infant. Per això es conclou amb la importància de treballar en xarxa i que l’educació en el lleure és un agent educatiu que també pot participar.

[spa] El trabajo en red cada vez está más presente en la comunidad educativa; aun así, todavía le queda mucho trabajo por hacer. Este se basa en la coordinación de diferentes agentes educativos de la comunidad educativa, pero ¿dónde queda la educación en el ocio y tiempo libre? El ocio y tiempo libre es un espacio de la sociedad destinado a acompañar a niños y jóvenes de acuerdo con un proyecto defendido por un equipo de voluntarios/as. Sin embargo, las entidades que forman parte a menudo no reciben el apoyo de la sociedad y no son vistas como un agente educativo. Esta investigación tiene como objetivos destacar la necesidad del trabajo en red entre las entidades de ocio y tiempo libre, las escuelas y las familias para así mejorar la calidad de vida de los niños con necesidades específicas de soporte educativo (NESE); y defender la función educativa que tienen las entidades de ocio y tiempo libre. Para analizar estos aspectos, se hará una investigación cualitativa de la concepción que tiene la sociedad del trabajo en red y la educación en el ocio y tiempo libre. La investigación empieza con la fundamentación científica de los referentes teóricos buscados y, seguidamente, se hace una recogida de información mediante entrevistas. Los cuatro participantes de esta recogida de información forman parte del mundo educativo formal y no formal. Los resultados señalan la función educativa de las entidades de ocio y el impacto que tienen estas en los que forman parte y en la sociedad. Así mismo, se muestra la necesidad de comprender que la educación es corresponsabilidad de todos los que acompañan al niño. Por eso se concluye con la importancia de trabajar en red y que la educación en el ocio y tiempo libre es un agente educativo que también puede participar.

[eng] The networking is increasingly present in the educational community, nevertheless, it still has a lot of work to do. This networking is based on liaise with different education agents of the educational community, but where does this place leisure time education? Leisure time is a space in society intended to accompany children and youth according to a project defended by a team of volunteers. However, the entities they are part of often do not receive the support of the society and are not seen as an educational agent. The aims of this research are to highlight the need of networking between the leisure time entities, schools and families in order to improve the quality of life of children with special educational needs (SEN), and to defend the educational function of the leisure time entities. To analyse these aspects, a qualitative investigation will be carried out on society’s conception of networking and leisure time education. The study starts with the scientific substantiation of the theoretical referents sought and, hereunder, a gathering information is then performed through interviews. The four participants in this data collection are part of the formal and non-formal educational world. The results point to the educational function of leisure organizations and the impact they have on their members and on society. Moreover, it shows the need to understand that education is the co-responsibility of all those who accompany the child. Therefore, it is concluded with the importance of networking and considering the leisure time education as an educational agent that can also participate.
