| cat |
dc.description.abstract | [eng] Hypoxia is a key factor for tumor development, and it correlates with tumor stage, diminished survival and with resistance to conventional anti-tumor treatment, as chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Most of studies focus on long-term hypoxia and HIF-1, key transcription factor for the cell response to the stress. Through a 2D-gel electrophoresis aproach, linked to mass spectrometry, we have studied protein changes after a 30 min hypoxia, and these proteins have been analyzed as putative targets for anti-tumor therapy. | eng |
