Disseny d'una xarxa social Android per compartir notícies

Abstract

The Project that will be developed and explained through the memory is a news based social media where the user can publish any event that is happening or recently happened in his environment, to tell the world from his point of view and without being changed or manipulated by any external source. In the present day all media is controlled and/or biased as every TV station or news paper has some sort of link to certain political parties or private corporations. Therefore, we can conclude that the news and reports we get from conventional media are no objective and many times omit relevant information. Seeing this situation, we do not understand how is it possible that with the world broadness of communication technologies we experience today we cannot access to reliable information of what is going on around the world. The project will be divided in two parts. The first one will hold everything related to the World Wide Web (Internet), where the user will use a computer to get connected into the program. This part is done in another Undergraduate Final Project (or TFG “Treball de Final de Grau”). The second part, the one that will be explained and readable for the audience; will consist in the sections of the program regarding portable devices with “Android” technology.
