Abstract

[eng] The first version of the Autoevaluation Business Statistics I Questionnaire is an applied one based exclusively on theoretical aspects related to this subject, which is compulsory for freshers at the Management and Business Administration Program, taught at the Universitat de Barcelona Economics Department. The main goal of the Program is to provide students with a useful tool to evaluate their theoretical knowledge of the subject. The presented material is one demo of only 6 questions that is an illustration of the original work that consists of a test of 30 randomly chosen questions out of 130 proposed. Sixteen of those questions refer to Descriptive Statistics concepts, whereas the rest of the questions, 14, refer to Probability Theory. As you may see, this translates into the fact that there is not a unique questionnaire, for if we want to repeat the process from the beginning, a different combination of questions will be available, keeping constant the ratio above indicated. In fact, each time we undertake the test, the randomly contents choice enables automatically. Once the test is finished and based on the punctuation criterion established, a screen with the "Test result" pops out. The screen shows the number of questions succeeded and failed, as well as the points obtained and a brief comment on the level achieved

[spa] El Cuestionario de Autoevalución de conceptos exclusivamente teóricos de Estadística Empresarial I (versión, 1ª) es un aplicativo basado en los conceptos exclusivamente teóricos de esta asignatura obligatoria del primer ciclo de la licenciatura de Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE), que se imparte en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales de la Universidad de Barcelona. Su finalidad es la de facilitar a los estudiantes que cursan dicha materia, de un instrumento para evaluar el nivel de conocimientos teóricos que poseen. El material presentado es una demo de sólo 6 preguntas, que es una ilustración del trabajo original que consiste en un test de 30 preguntas seleccionadas de forma aleatoria a partir de una base de 130 propuestas, de las cuales siempre 16 son de conceptos relativos a la Estadística Descriptiva y 14, referidos a la Teoría de la Probabilidad. Ello permite, como se puede deducir, que no exista un único cuestionario, pues si se desea repetir el proceso desde el principio, se volverá a disponer de otra combinación de nuevas propuestas, en la misma proporción indicada, ya que cada vez que se vuelve a realizar el test, se activa de forma automática la selección aleatoria del contenido del mismo. A partir del criterio de puntuación establecido, cuando se finalizada el test, aparece una pantalla con el Resultado del Test. En él se indica el número de aciertos, el número de fallos, el total de puntos y un comentario del nivel alcanzado
