[eng] This Thesis is an outcome of theoretical research and practice about sculpture made of plastics. Starting with the introduction of chemical and physical properties of plastic materials, followed by its historical impact and the effects on the sculpture discipline until its current application. Catalogued by families, checking sculptural properties, and expanding the effects of the material on the ecosystem, recycling, innovation, high-volume three-dimensional, inflatable, durability, restoration, taxidermy, industrial processes and distribution. Following the sculpture creative process binding experiences, knowledge and interviews in multidisciplinary areas. |
