Associations with clinical outcomes heatmap
This plot displays the odds ratio, which means the constant effect of radiomics on the likelihood of the occurrence of a clinical outcome, such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, stroke, depression, and asthma. Logistic regression was used to calculate the odds ratio and p-values that are represented in the plots. More precisely, radiomics are used as predictors and diseases as the outcomes of logistic regression models. Adjustment was performed for age, sex and BMI.
The odds ratio is represented by the color of each square, from blue to red. Blue is the lowest value for the relation, and red is the highest.
The amount of * represents the p-value. No * means the p-value is low, and ** a high p-value for the relation.
