Associations with developmental, lifestyle, clinical and environmental influences manhattan plot
This plot displays significant associations between radiomics and different phenotypes. To quantify associations we used Spearman correlation coefficient. Prior to calculating the correlations, the radiomics were deconfounded for age, sex and BMI.
The corresponding p-values are presented in the y axis along with bonferroni and false discovery rate correction for multiple comparisons. The correlation value between each radiomic and each phenotype is represented by the size of the bubble.
On hovering the mouse over the bubbles you can see the exact p-value and the radiomic it belongs to. Click on a category on the legend to hide it on the plot or double-click on it if you want to isolate it.
