Abstract

[cat] Les persones grans que viuen en una residència necessiten de l’atenció i el suport dels agents més directes com són la família i el personal que hi treballa diàriament. Les relacions familiars són la font bàsica de benestar i una de les condicions més importants per la seva qualitat de la vida. El treball que es presenta a continuació es centra en la investigació sobre els vincles afectius que existeix entre resident i familiar de la residència de gent gran Nostra Senyora de Montserrat d’Olesa de Montserrat, a partir d’alternatives de l’elaboració conjunta de relats de vida. La metodologia utilitzada és l’estudi de cas múltiple la qual investiga la complexitat i particularitat de quatre casos i experiències diferents, i per tant es parla de l’ús d’un mètode qualitatiu innovador que vol comprendre el fenomen sobre el vincle que existeix a una part dels agents de la residència, tot analitzant els seus afectes i resultats, i millorant el vincle a partir de la proposta.

[eng] Old people who live in residences for elderly, need daily attention and support from their families, and the people working there. Family relationships are essential for the well-being of the old people, and one of the most important conditions for their life quality. This project is based in the investigation of the affective bonds that exist between residents and their families from "Nostra Senyora de Montserrat" residence, with the use of different methods to elaborate their life story. The methodology used in this project is the study of multiple cases which investigates the complexity and particularity of four cases and experiences. Therefore, an innovative qualitative method is used to comprehend the phenomenon about the existing bond among residents, families and the workers of the center, analysing the effects and results, and improving the bond with the help of this project.
