Prostitución femenina consentida y adulta en la ciudad de Barcelona. Un análisis de la protección en colectivos de riesgo

[spa] El presente trabajo examina las distintas dimensiones y problemáticas derivadas del ejercicio de la prostitución femenina adulta y consentida, en las calles de Barcelona, con el fin de enriquecer la comprensión del trabajo sexual en materia de protección. El estudio recoge los distintos factores de riesgo que se derivan de la práctica de la prostitución, así como los métodos de protección ante los riesgos hallados. Además, también incluye el estado actual legislativo y normativo que se aplica en la ciudad condal y una distinción de terceros implicados en la victimización de las trabajadoras sexuales. A través de un estudio cualitativo, exploratorio y descriptivo, se utiliza una entrevista para examinar las experiencias de victimización y formas de protección de cinco mujeres que ejercen la prostitución, para entender cuál es su percepción de riesgo así como de protección, y si ésta se adecua a la literatura.

[eng] This paper examines the different dimensions and problems derived of the exercise of the feminine, adult and consent prostitution, in the streets of Barcelona, in order to enrich the comprehension of the sexual work in matters of protection. The study gathers the different risk factors that stem from the practice of the prostitution, as well as the protection methods faced with the risks found. In addition, it also includes the current legislation and regulation enforced in Barcelona and a distinction of third parties involved in the victimization of the sexual workers. Across a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive study, an interview is in use for examining the experiences of victimization and protection forms of five female street sex workers, to understand which risk and protection perception they have and if this one is adapted to the literature.
