[spa] En la historia de España la Segunda República ocupa un lugar sin precedentes, destacado por ser el primer sistema democrático que se estableció, decidido a modernizar el funcionamiento del país, cambiando hasta la bandera. El presente trabajo profundiza en la etapa reformista que caracterizó a este periodo, en el que a partir de la exposición del estado de la cuestión, otorga la posibilidad de discernir que no todo fue un fracaso ni tampoco un éxito.

[eng] In the history of Spain the Second Republic is an unprecedented place, outstanding by the first democratic system that was established, decided to modernize the country's operation, changing up to the flag. The present work goes deeper in the reformist stage that characterized this period, in which from the exposition of the state of the issue, gives the possibility of discerning that not everything was a failure nor a success.
