(cat) Les dones juguen un paper decisiu en el desenvolupament de la seva fam ília i comunitat. Es
per aixó que la inversió en la capacitació i formació d'aquestes esdevé a curt termini una millora
molt importat del nucli familiar i la seva comunitat, que com a conseqüència dóna un impuls el
desenvolupament del país.
En el context de la cooperació pel desenvolupament s'ha estudiat i analitzat la cooperativa
que des de encara no fa un any s'ha posat en funcionament al poble de Sabana Yegua (República
Dominicana), per tal de contribuir en l'empoderament d'aquestes. Es valoren també algunes idees
per tal de conduir aquesta cap a una cooperativa més eficient en el futur, sempre basant-se en
entendre les persones que es vol ajudar i fent que siguin elles les propietàries del projecte.

It is for this reason that investing in the training and formation of these becomes a very important improvement in the family nucleus and its community, which as a result gives a wave impulse on the development of the country. In the context of cooperation for development, in this work we study and analize a cooperative company, which has been implemented since one year ago, in a little town, Sabana Yegua, in Dominican Republic. The goal of the company is the empowerment of the people leaving in the area. Some ideas are also considered to drive this towards a cooperative that is more e cient in the future, always based on understanding the people who want to help and making them the property of the project.
