In 1920 Paul Mazon translated τὸ δίκαιον μεταβαίνει (Aeschylus Choephoroe 308) by 'le Droit se déplace', for the purpose of claiming that the right can only be in one of two sides of a conflict. But the idea that the right can leave a part and move on to another is inaccurate, and τὸ δίκαιον would be better translated as 'justification'. Generally speaking, the reflection on the meaning of Aeschylus' words raises different issues: philosophical (Hegel, Kant), on the theory of law (Hohfeld, Miller) and literary (Riba, who translated 'la raó canvia de lloc').-
