dc.description.abstract	La doctrina emanada de la sentencia dictada en el asunto C-450/18 supone la invalidez de acciones positivas dirigidas a un solo sexo si comparativamente el otro sexo podría encontrarse en la misma situación, y, por tanto, resulta contraria al principio de no discriminación por razón de sexo establecida en el art. 4.1 de la Directiva 79/7/CEE.	-
dc.description.abstract	The doctrine emanating from the sentence handed down in Case C-450/18 implies the invalidity of positive actions addressed to a single sex if the other sex could be comparatively in the same situation, and therefore is contrary to the principle of non-discrimination by reason of sex set out in article 4.1 of Directive 79/7/EEC.	-
