Anàlisis d’una organització: Jarfels, jardins i parcs de Castelldefels

Abstract

[cat] Aquest cas d'estudi il·lustra la realitat d'una organització de caràcter públic, en formar part de l'òrgan d'activitats i serveis de l'Ajuntament de Castelldefels. Jarfels és l'organització encarregada de mantenir i promoure l'espai verd i restauració paisatgística de la ciutat de Castelldefels, proveïda gràcies als seus membres de l'aparell operatiu i transversal. Organització que es distingeix per haver sigut absorbida l’any 2016 per Serveis Ambientals de Castelldefels (SAC), però amb la característica d’ostentar una estructura i dinàmica operativa independent de l'organització directiva, sent Jarfels un òrgan extern de l'òrgan polític encarregat dels serveis i productes mediambientals i sanitaris. En aquesta investigació es busca oferir una anàlisi de la realitat social i organitzacional de Jarfels, identificant les característiques pròpies de l’organització, així com les interaccions socials que sorgeixen tant en l’entorn pròxim com competitiu del sector de jardineria mitjançant les eines metodològiques que ofereix el cas d'estudi. On el propòsit final és proveir un diagnòstic que analitzi tant l’organització formal com informal, a més de la capacitat d’actuació i presa de decisions sota entorns desfavorables a causa de l’escenari viscut pel Covid-19. Generant finalment una sèrie de propostes de millora amb l'objectiu d’impulsar la trajectòria de l’organització Jarfels.

[eng] This case of survey illustrates the reality of an organisation of public nature, at forming part of the organ of activities and kicks of the City council of Castelldefels. Jarfels is the organisation commissioned to maintain and promote the unripe room and restoration paisatgística of the city of Castelldefels, catered thanks to his members of the operative and transversal machine. Organisation that distinguishes for having been absorbed the year 2016 for Ambient Kicks of Castelldefels (SAC), but with the characteristic to have a structure and independent operative dynamics of the managerial organisation, being Jarfels an external organ of the political organ commissioned of the kicks and environmental and sanitary products. At this inquest seeks offer an analysis of the social reality and organitzacional of Jarfels, identifying the own characteristics of the organisation, as well as the social interactions that arise so much at the next environment like competitive of the sector of gardening by means of the methodological tools that offers the case of survey. Where the final purpose is to cater a diagnostic that analyse so much the formal organisation like informal, in addition to the capacity of performance and inmate of decisions under unfavourable environments because of the arena lived by the Covid-19. Generating finally a series of proposals of improvement with the aim to further the trajectory of the organisation Jarfels.
