Abstract: This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the survival of Iberian names in Latin inscriptions. The study of how Iberians left behind their traditional names in favour of Latin ones offers new insights into the complex process of the cultural and linguistic transformation of indigenous populations of Hispania.
