Aguanta'm

Abstract

[cat] Sentir, emocionar, reflexionar. És i seran sempre elements de les nostres vides, i la intenció durant la creació de les meves escultures. Sempre amb infinitats d'opinions i maneres d'entendre, això és el que ho enriqueix, que cadaun ho percep de la seva manera, i s'intenta no deixar a ningú indiferent. Per altra part, equilibri, estabilitat, inversió, pes, suspensió són altres adjectius que personifiquen, defineixen i identifiquen les meves peces. Els grans protagonistes són la pedra i la fusta, dos materials diferents que dialoguen entre si, a la vegada que discuteixen entre ells. Aquesta dualitat de materials ferà escultura, crea una poesia visual que porta al plaer i a la reflexió. També amb un tercer material que és el ferro utilitzat per aconseguir aquesta estabilitat i suspensió que cerco en la meva obra. Jugant amb les textures que presenten aquests materials, amb la seva combinació cromàtica, amb la inversió de pes creant una sensació d'estabilitat jugant amb l'equilibri. Aquest és un breu resum del meu projecte. És una sèrie/conjunt d'obres de grans dimensions que pretenen aconseguir tot el que he estat citant anteriorment, a més a més de la recerca de la perfecció amb la màxima excel·lència.

[eng] Feel, Thrill, Think/reflect. They are, and they will be always emotional elements in our lives. Represent it, has been the intention during my sculpture's creation. Always having infinite opinions, and different ways of understanding gives it a special enrichment. Everyone reacts differently, so it’s expected to let nobody indifferent. In the other hand, balance, stability, reversal, weight, are the adjectives which personify, define, and identify my pieces. Stone and wood are the biggest protagonists here. Two confront materials, discussing and arguing at the same time. Duality in the sculpture, creates a visual poetry, driving the spectator to pleasure and reflection. It took part a third material too, iron, utilized to get the stability and suspension I was aiming in my work. It has been playing with material textures, and it’s chromatic combination. With a reversal of the sculpture’s weight, it makes up a sensation of balance and stability. These few words above, resume quite a lot of my project. It is a series of big size artworks, expecting not only make feelings flourish, but also achieve perfection and excellence.
