Abstract: In the present work, solar photovoltaic cells are formed based on Kesterite. The aim is to synthesize CZTSe absorbers through the use of glass boxes instead of conventional graphite boxes in the reactive heat treatment to improve reproductibility. Various characterization techniques are performed in order to study the morphology, the composition and the crystalline quality of the absorbers, as well as the photovoltaic parameters of the complete solar cell devices.
