[cat] Entre 1840 i 1914 es donaren a Catalunya diverses crisis econòmiques. Després de considerar el concepte de crisi, es descriuen les raons de les etapes crítiques de l'economia catalana del període, emfatitzant els canvis estructurals que es van donar pels quals les manifestacions de les crisis van resultar canviants. [eng] Between 1840 and 1914, there were in Catalonia several economic crises. Following a discussion of the concept itself, the article goes on to expose the reasons behind the various critical episodes in the Catalan economy of the period, with special emphasis on the structural changes which resulted in variations in the way the crises manifested themselves.
