dc.description.abstract[en] In this Bachelor’s Final Project we present simply and understandably the basic properties of modular forms for different weights and levels. Furthermore, we define and treat Hecke operators, the Petersson inner product and the Atkin–Lehner theory. In the last section, we introduce modular symbols and we study their relation with modular forms.ca
