We consider gravitational collapse of a spherically symmetric overdensity in an otherwise homogeneous dust dominated universe with critical density. We use a simplified model where the inhomogeneity is a nested region with a slightly higher density of dust, with a positively curved spatial section. We use this setup to illustrate the concepts of apparent horizon and event horizon of the black hole that formsca
