dc.description.abstract[en] Sturm’s Theorem quantifies the real roots of a polinomial inside a given interval. We review the article by Kaiwen Hou and Bin Li which presents a demonstration of this theorem using matrix theory. We also implement the algorithm they describe in Python.ca
