| dc.description.abstract | Totes les enquestes i estudis que es fan sobre la sensació subjectiva de benestar i salut mental indiquen que, aquestes darreres dècades, la sensació d'estrès ha anat incrementant d'una manera lenta i progressiva, però inexorable, en totes les poblacions on s'ha analitzat. Segons l'Índex global d'emocions publicat per Gallup el 2021, el 40% dels adults van respondre que el dia anterior a l'enquesta havien notat en algun moment un nivell agut o molt agut d'estrès.
