Aixecar el vol

Abstract

[ca] "Aixecar el vol" propasa una aproximació a la mort des de diferents prismes: Conceptualment la instal·lació gira entorn l'observació del vol d'una au coma metàfora del recorregut perla vida i el traspas al més enllà. Pera fer-ho parteix de la fragilitat de l'ésser humà que neix i mor en posició fetal ja sigui embolcallat pel niu o amortallat per la tomba i que, com l'au fènix, només a través de la mort a la seva vida anterior pot 'renéixer'. Amb aquest primer recurs cerca explorar la relació entre transcendència i immanència, entre alió que té voluntat de permanència i l'efímer. Compositivament, el conjunt pretén ser coherent ambla idea de la instal·lació, evocant la desaparició del cos física través de la transformació en un ésser espiritual i situant la mort en una mena d'espai de transició entre el món material i el transcendent . Com a mecanisme expressiu pretén amarar-se d'una estética de la vacuïtat, d'una poética de l'abséncia, a partir de l'evanescéncia pròpia de les ombres. Com a recurs narratiu intenta jugar amb la contradicció que suposa contemplar l'animació d'ombres del moviment d'un vol congelat, com una mena de records de la vida d'algú. És aquest mecanisme que permet contemplar l'ésser fantàstic que no pot existir ni podem veure més enllà del darrer somni (vertebres alades d'au fénix ... ) en un llenguatge del silenci, del misteri, d'allò que no pot ser descrit amb paraules i que transporta a !'observador al dubte, a la interrogació d'una realitat, que cada cop li esdevé més opaca, més difícil de diferenciar entre claredat i ombra, entre la revelació del pas al més enllà i l'ocultació de la descomposició del cos físic, a través d'una estética de l'abscóndit.

[eng] "Aixecar el vol" propases an approach to death from different prisms: Conceptually, the installation revolves around observing the flight of a bird as a metaphor for the journey through life and the transition to the afterlife. To do this, it starts from the fragility of the human being who is born and dies in the fetal position, whether wrapped in the nest or sealed in the tomb and who, like the phoenix, only through the death of his life previous can be 'reborn'. With this first resource, it seeks to explore the relationship between transcendence and immanence, between something that wants to permanence and the ephemeral. Compositionally, the set aims to be consistent with the idea of the installation, evoking the disappearance of the physical body through the transformation into a spiritual being and placing death in a kind of transitional space between the material world and the transcendent . The expressive mechanism aims to draw on an aesthetic of emptiness, a poetics of absence, based on the own evanescence of shadows . The narrative resource tries to play with the contradiction that entails contemplating the shadow animation of the movement of a frozen flight, as a kind of memories of someone's life. lt is this mechanism that allows us to contemplate the fantastic being that cannot exist nor can we see beyond the last dream (winged vertebrae of a phoenix ... ) in a language of silence, of mystery, of what cannot be described with words and which transports the observer to doubt, to the questioning of a reality, which becomes more and more opaque, more difficult to differentiate between c/arity and shadow, between the revelation of the passage to the beyond and the concealment of the decomposition of the physical body, through an aesthetic of the hidden.
