Abstract

[ca] Al llarg de la història europeïtzada les pràctiques i identitats dissidents a la norma sexogènere han estat sota el disciplinament del poder, primer perseguides i castigades per la llei i després patologitzades i corregides per la medicina. En aquest projecte rastrejo quina aproximació han tingut els Estats moderns a les corporalitats intersexuals i trans, i centro l’anàlisi en la creació d’una tecnologia modeladora de gènere: la testosterona sintètica. Des d’una voluntat de dessacralitzar la medicina i plantejar formes més autogestionades de relacionar-nos-hi, produeixo una peça postporno on, trencant amb el discurs típic, no s’explora els canvis que aquesta genera en el cos sinó la seva potència eròtica i sensorial.

[eng] Throughout europeanized history, practices and identities dissident to the gender norm have been under the discipline of power, first persecuted and punished by the law and then pathologized and corrected by medicine. In this project, I trace the approach modern States have had to intersex and trans bodies, and focus the analysis on the creation of a gender-shaping technology: synthetic testosterone. From a desire to desacralize medicine and propose more self-managed ways of relating to it, I produced a post-porn piece where, breaking with the typical discourse, the changes it generates in the body are not explored but its erotic and sensorial potential.
