| Abstract: | Could Catalonia Become Independent? Yes, but in order to make it clear, we must take a look into the different arguments and scenarios surrounding the Catalan process. Catalonia is a nation with a large historical background and strong identity, which developed its juridical and political structure after its emancipation from the Carolingian Empire by its counts in 987. |
