| Abstract: | Con el auge de las nuevas tecnologías en el ámbito de las comunicaciones interpersonales, surge el
problema del tratamiento procesal de los mensajes enviados a través de Whatsapp y/o redes sociales
como Twitter, Instagram o Facebook. El presente trabajo pretende analizar los principales aspectos
problemáticos de este nuevo objeto de prueba, analizando al efecto el estado de la cuestión en nuestra
doctrina y jurisprudencia. Due to the growth of new technologies within the field of interpersonal communications, a controversy arises in the procedure when processing messages sent through WhatsApp or social network such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. This papers aims to scrutinize the main obstacles from this commodity currently on practice, by analysing the repercussions when applying our doctrines and jurisprudence. |
