Abstract: This article examines the perceptions of teachers from public and grant-aided schools participating in the ANDREIA project regarding the resources needed to foster resilience in the school environment. Considering the relevance of teachers in developing effective educational programmes, the text also highlights the importance of working together with students and families. Additionally, the need to systematically address resilience in schools is discussed. However, the perception of a lack of resources, particularly tools and time, according to most teachers involved in the study, highlights the difficulties they face. While these perceptions may vary slightly depending on the type of school ownership, the need for resources is a constant, and they provide clear guidance for the next steps in the project. In conclusion, the consensus on the assessment of resilience in schools is viewed as a first step towards creating a practical approach.
