| dc.description.abstract | La trombectomía en el infarto agudo de miocardio con elevación del segmento ST (IAMCEST) es una técnica poco utilizada en la actualidad, ya que los estudios aleatorizados no han demostrado su eficacia y le atribuyan un riesgo de ictus superior al de la dilatación con balón. Sin embargo, el tratamiento del IAMCEST con abundante material trombótico sigue siendo un problema. Describimos aquí el primer caso en España de un nuevo sistema de trombectomía. | - |
